We charge our clients a one time fee of 15-20% of the new hire's starting salary. The % depends on the type of position and the number of positions. The more positions you need filled, the less the percentage!

Reduced Risk

You only pay for the candidates that you hire. We also provide a 60-day guarantee, meaning if the new hire leaves for any reason (termination or resignation) within 60 days, we would replace them at no cost!
