Referral Program

Here's how it works:

If you refer a candidate who is hired and completes 90 days of employment with our client, you will receive a $1,000 referral bonus. There's no limit to the number of referrals you can make, so spread the word to your friends, family, and professional network.

To refer a candidate, simply fill out the referral form on this page.

Alternatively, you can email us their contact information along with your own name and contact information to amanda@burnsrecruitment.com.

Please note that the candidate must not already be in our applicant pool or in the process of being recruited by us. Only certain jobs are eligible for a referral bonus. See the eligible positions below.
