Our Quick Hire Program connects you with pre-vetted, highly qualified candidates who are actively seeking new opportunities. You’re meeting with us because we believe our candidate could be a strong match for your company.
🔹 How much does it cost?
We operate on a contingent fee basis, meaning you only pay if you successfully hire the candidate. We’ll discuss the specifics of our fee structure on the call.
🔹 What should I prepare before the call?
To make this meeting as productive as possible, please be ready to discuss:
✅ Your hiring needs & role details (timeline, responsibilities, salary, etc.).
✅ Any specific skills or experience requirements for the role.
✅ Any questions you have about our candidate or our process.
🔹 What happens after the call?
If you’re interested in [our candidate, here’s what happens next:
1️⃣ You provide your availability for an interview.
2️⃣ We reach out to the candidate to confirm their interest & availability.
3️⃣ Once our recruitment agreement is signed, we coordinate the interview.
4️⃣ If it’s a great fit, you move forward with hiring! If not, we’ll discuss additional options.
🔹 Do I have to sign anything before interviewing the candidate?
Yes. Before we coordinate the interview, we require a signed recruitment agreement to ensure alignment. This does not lock you into a hire—it simply formalizes our process and guarantees we’re working together professionally.
